EBE also hosts an intensive Pastoral Theology study program designed for pastors and potential pastors. This program is under the direct supervision of the President of the Entrust Board.
Church leaders, pastors, evangelists, and theological school professors; high school students and university students; godly women; youth called to servant ministry or with a heart for missions; people who love the Word of God—all these can benefit from this investment of resources which is called Biblical Education by Extension (EBE).
The following aspects related to strategy are designed to discover and to aid in the formation of new leaders, the empowerment of existent leaders, and the promotion of maturity in missions efforts:
Each System will develop its ministry through the collaboration of the National Director with Regional Field Coordinators (System Team). Regional Coordinators will contribute to the contextualization of EBE materials, relevantly equipping men and women and seeding EBE’s vision in churches in their geographical zone.
EBE offers its courses and training as well as other necessary educational resources.
EBE promotes equipping and encourages ministry and mission through different conferences designed to enhance collaboration with diverse partners.
As students develop as servant-leaders, EBE staff will assist them in training others and will cooperate in sending and sustaining missionaries in other areas and cultures. They will partner with local churches, mission agencies, and educational institutions to accomplish this task.
At the present time there are substantial results in all the areas mentioned above.
